spacious room close to the city
great space comfortable bed solid door
i stayed in a superior room. it offered great space and good seating. the twin beds felt large and comfortable. i liked the solid door that the bathroom had.
the front desk did not provide much help about hotel amenities or directions.

This hotel is near Gran Via and a minute's walk from a metro station. I found that very convenient. many highly-rated restaurants and coffee shops are nearby. the location is very suitable for food lovers.

the breakfast includes many delicious options. i especially liked the sweets, cheeses, and fresh greens. the quality of the food was excellent, and there was a wide variety available.

my room included usb-a and usb-c charging ports near the bed. the room lighting had several options to make the room bright or soft. the wooden floors and soft rug gave the room a fresh clean feeling.

the security personnel at the front always greeted me professionally. customer service was very good in general. carmen, who greets guests at breakfast, always asked if i was pleased with the hotel services.

spacious room clean room hammering noise building works
The room was spacious and clean, it had a mini fridge.
The hammering noise from building works began at 7 a.m, it continued until 6 p.m. Staff didn't investigate this problem, the noise.

ample storage comfy beds poor air conditioning leaking bath
the room was spacious. it had a sofa, a desk, and a table. beds were also comfy. ample storage space was provided, which i appreciate.
the window didn't close properly. the air conditioning was poor. the bath leaked, and the bathroom floor became wet. each night, the lights stopped working at about 1am. i didn't understand it.

the room lighting offered several options to adjust brightness. i found both usb-a and usb-c charging ports near the bed, a practical touch. the room had nice wooden floors and a soft rug.
the tea and coffee supplies were not replaced one day
